Some older guides quote a later closing time (up to about 9:30 PM) because the final night poojas continue after public darshan ends. For an evening visit, aim to be inside by 7:30 PM.

Is the temple closed in the afternoon?

The official timings list darshan continuously from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM. The sanctum may be screened for short periods during abhishekam and naivedyam, so expect brief pauses rather than a long afternoon closure.
